Integrated Water Management Plan
Noosa Marketplace : 2-20 HOFMANN DRIVE
1 Introduction
Cardno has been engaged by Blueprint to prepare an Integrated Water Management Report to support the
Development Application (DA) for the proposed Noosa Marketplace. The site is located within the Noosa
Council local government area on Lots SP222982 and SP246584, addressed at 20 and 2-18 Hofmann Drive
respectively shown in Figure 2-1 below.
This report provides engineering advice to address issues relating to stormwater quantity and quality, as well
as flooding of the subject site.
