1 Scope of work and specific assumptions and limitations
1.1 Our scope of work comprises Norton Rose Fulbright undertaking an independent review of the procurement and administrative processes undertaken by Council to
instigate the Project in 2019, which includes:
(1) reviewing the procurement and administrative processes to instigate the Project;
(2) identifying the risks associated with the Project and how these risks are to be mitigated and incorporated into key performance indicators; and
(3) identifying any other matters that Council should be made aware of when pursuing similar projects in the future.
