6. Public Safety and Signage
- Safety fencing and mesh installed during excavation and pour.
- Signage in accordance with TGS.
- Maintain access and reinstate kerb and verge areas to match existing.



7. Utility and Service Coordination
- Clearance of 500mm from Unitywater/Energex/Telstra assets unless otherwise approved.
- Service conflicts to be resolved with authority before commencement.
- Public liability and works insurance certificates submitted pre-start.



8. Neighbour Communication
- Neighbours notified at least 5 business days prior to start.
- Notice includes scope, duration, contacts, and impacts.
