In relation to the abovementioned property, on behalf of Bounce Hostel Noosa Pty Ltd ATF The Bounce Hostel Unit Trust we hereby submit a Material Change of Use application in accordance with the Planning Act 2016.



Please find enclosed the following documentation to facilitate Councils assessment of the submission:

  *   IDAS Forms 1;
  *   Owner’s Consent;
  *   The Town Planning Report and relevant supporting Appendices; and
  *   Noosa Council’s Electronic Correspondence Agreement form.
