Re: Development situated at 14 and 16 Mary Street, NOOSAVILLE QLD 4566 described as Lots 3 and 4 on
RP 122928; Request for a Material Change of Use.

In relation to the abovementioned property, on behalf of Bounce Hostel Noosa Pty Ltd ATF The Bounce
Hostel Unit Trust we hereby submit a Material Change of Use application in accordance with the Planning
Act 2016.

Please find enclosed the following documentation to facilitate Councils assessment of the submission:

        •     IDAS Forms 1;
        •     Owners Consent;
        •     The Town Planning Report and relevant supporting Appendices; and
        •     Noosa Council’s Electronic Correspondence Agreement form.

Once receipt of the application has been confirmed we will organise payment of the application. Please
confirm the appropriate fee.
