3.4       Site History

Upon review of Council’s Application Search tool, the site is subject to the following development application
history:

      ▪    MCU10/2113 – Development Application | August 2011
           On 25 August 2011, Council granted a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use for a
           Duplex. Subsequent change applications have been submitted throughout the years which are
           detailed further below.

      ▪    MCU10/2113.01 – Change to Development Application | June 2013
           On 18 June 2013, Council granted a Development Permit for a change application for an extension
           to the existing Dwelling unit. The extension on the eastern elevation provided for a lounge room and
           deck.

      ▪    MCU10/2113.02 – Change to Development Application | November 2018
           On 21 November 2018, Noosa Council granted a Development Permit for a change application to
           further renovate and extend the Dwelling unit.

No other relevant applications were sighted at the time of drafting this request.
