5.2.      DRAFT PLAN PROVISIONS
As seen in Figure 20 below, the Draft Plan includes the majority of the site within the Major Centre Zone with
only a small part to the south included in the Low Impact Industry Zone. The site also includes existing
vegetated convent areas to the north and south-east within the Environmental Management Zone. The site is
also divided into 3 precincts being:

•   Low impact Industry Zone - Hofmann Drive Business and Industry Precinct 4
•   Major Centre Zone - Small Scale Business Precinct 5A
•   Major Centre Zone - Business Park Precinct 5B
