•    The layout of the proposed development site facilitated internal connections between the different
     buildings through a network of pedestrian pathways and awnings/cover along the shop fronts;

•    The proposed development ties into the existing pedestrian network on land across Hoffman Drive, in
     particularly the adjacent B3 precinct on the eastern side of Hoffman Drive; and

•    The proposal development maximises connectivity to the Noosa Civic centre through the provision of
     multiple crossing points on Hoffman Drive.
