A Waste Management Plan is included and describes the management of the onsite
waste. Further comment is also provided by SCG to confirm the manoeuvring of the waste
management vehicle.

    9. Provide amended plans that accurately depict fill levels (RL’s) for both
        existing and finished ground levels.
    10. Amend the development layout and drainage design so that a maintenance
        access ramp is provided from the internal driveway to the floor of the
        detention/bioretention basin.
    11. Provide an update to the SWMP which specifically examines the impact of
        the proposed increased discharge to Eumundi-Noosa Rd and shows that the
        roadway flow criteria of QUDM (Section 7.4) are still achieved in the road
        despite the increase. The analysis should be undertaken at the first side
        entry pit in the roadway.
    12. Provide an update to the SWMP which includes an allowance for climate
        change at year 2100 by incorporating a scenario for all results which is the
        1%AEP with rainfall intensities increased by 20%.
