With reference to the above development application, we hereby provide our response to

2.0 INFORMATION RESPONSE

Issue – Rear Lot

The proposed new lots both adjoin six other lots. The Reconfiguring a Lot Code requires
that no rear lot shares a common boundary with more than four other lots.
Information Required
1. Provide evidence that the proposal complies with Performance Outcome PO21 of the
      Reconfiguring a Lot Code.

Comment:

Proposed Lot 20 directly adjoins only 4 allotments, as the interface with Lot 17 SP298773
& Lot 3 RP881300 is legible given the limited direct interface and as such compliance with
AO21 is achieved. Proposed Lot 21 adjoins only 5 allotments (including proposed Lot 20).
The proposal is considered only a minor non-compliance. Given the existing dwelling
houses on all adjoining allotments to proposed Lot 21 are considerably setback from the
boundary interface with Lot 21, the proposal will have no detrimental impact on amenity of
adjoining lots through loss of privacy, sunlight or breezes once buildings are constructed,
and as such, compliance with PO21 of the Reconfiguring a Lot Code is demonstrated.
