14   NOOSA COMMUNITY SUPPORT (NCS) - UPDATE REPORT TO 31 DECEMBER 2016
     That Council note the report by the Noosa Community Support (NCS) Coordinator to the
     Services & Organisation Committee meeting dated 7 February 2017, providing a half-yearly
     update on the activities of Noosa Community Support to 31 December 2016.


15   NOOSA LEISURE CENTRE (NLC) - UPDATE REPORT TO 31 DECEMBER 2016
     That Council note the report by the Noosa Leisure Centre Coordinator to the Services &
     Organisation Committee meeting dated 7 February 2017 providing a half-yearly update on
     the activities of the Noosa Leisure Centre to 31 December 2016.


16   THE J AND BICENTENNIAL COMMUNITY CENTRE (BCC) - UPDATE REPORT TO 31
     DECEMBER 2016
     That Council note the report by The J & BCC Coordinator to the Services & Organisation
     Committee meeting dated 7 February 2017, providing a half-yearly update on the activities
     of The J and BCC to 31 December 2016.


17   PLANNING & INFRASTRUCTURE DEPARTMENT UPDATE - 2ND QUARTER 2016-17
     That Council note the report by the Acting Director Planning and Infrastructure to the
     Services & Organisation Committee Meeting dated 7 February 2017 providing an update
     on operations of the Planning & Infrastructure Department for the period 1 October to 31
     December 2016.


18   NOOSA COUNCIL TRAFFIC ADVISORY AND SPEED MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE -
     DECEMBER 2016
     That Council note the report by the Senior Officer, Transport and Traffic to the Services &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 7 February 2017 detailing the key outcomes of the
     Noosa Traffic Advisory and Speed Management Committee meeting held on 15 December
     2016.


19   ELECTRIC BUS TRIAL
     That Council note the report by the Project Officer and Project Manager to the Services &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 7 February 2017 and delegate approval to the CEO
     to vary the electric bus trial commencement date by up to a maximum of six months.




Recommendation

The Services & Organisation Committee recommendations dated 7 February 2017 be adopted
except where dealt with or held over by separate resolution.
