              Engineering Works Codes will be addressed as part of the subsequent Operational
              Works stage.


    5.3       Overlay Codes

            As identified by the overlay maps of the Sunshine Coast Planning Scheme, the
            following overlays are applicable to the subject site:


                       Acid Sulfate Soils Overlay
                               Low Potential Acid Sulfate Area 5-20m AHD; and
                               High Potential Acid Sulfate Area 0-5m AHD.


              Considering the low risk nature of the applicable overlays detailed above, a
              comprehensive assessment of the proposal against the Natural Hazards Overlay Code
              is not considered necessary in this instance. Instead, a comment and figure detailing
              the extent of each applicable overlay has been provided within Section 5.3.1 below.
