In terms of the Natural Hazards Overlay, the subject land is also mapped as having a Very High
Bushfire Intensity, Medium Bushfire Intensity and a Potential Impact Buffer Area as shown in Figure
5C, below. Further, the land potentially contains acid sulfate soils; however, this can be dealt with by
condition requiring onsite management during the construction phase to prevent any environmental
harm from occurring.
