Keys can be collected from our office key safe located at 10 Sunshine Beach Road, Noosa Heads (next to Casa
Noosa shop).


Prior to your arrival (7 days) – the balance of booking will be charged to the credit card that was provided for the
deposit payment. If you would prefer to use another credit card, please contact Noosa Luxury Holidays by return

Cots, High-chairs and Strollers are available for hire, if required, please organise before your arrival.

Airport Transfers from either, Brisbane or Maroochydore Airports, can be organised with one of the local
operators, their charges will apply - by calling Noosa Luxury Holidays on 07 54480444.




Please advise us if there are any special bedding requirements prior to your arrival.




It is strongly recommended that travellers acquire travel insurance to cover unforeseen
circumstances such sickness, or any other cancellation and non-refundable deposits.




Conditions of Booking and Occupancy

         Please read these conditions carefully.

         Each person signing their registration card (‘the Guest’) acknowledges and agrees that these conditions
         apply and extend to any person (also referred to as ‘Guest’) occupying or visiting the property,
         apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority
         of the guest.

         1.    Charges must be paid by bank transfer or credit card before occupancy commences. The balance
         will be charged to your credit card 7 days prior to arrival.


         2.    Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt.


         3.   The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest together with all
         replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the property and its contents caused by
         any guest.


         4.    The property must not be used for any unlawful purpose.


         5.    Guests must only park cars in the designated areas.


         6.    The property is a residential premises, within Noosa and Sunshine Beach communities. The
         property is to be used strictly as a residential premises by the guest(s) and the number of occupants
         nominated on the Guest Registration Form and not for any other purposes or by any greater number of
         occupants. The use of the Property for functions, parties or other like gatherings is STRICTLY
         PROHIBITED. The use of the property fur such events or other than as a residential premises will result
         in the termination of your reservation of the Property, your removal from the Property and other costs
