The Environment and Sustainable Development Department continue to experience high
workloads across all areas, with the ongoing public notification and Shire wide community
engagement program for the Draft New Noosa Plan underway. A range of initiatives have been
put in place to minimise any potential delays in Development Assessment and manage customer
expectations while maintaining our focus on good customer service during this period.
