       Pursuant to the Sustainable Planning Act 2009,we wish to make application
       for Prescribed Tidal Works under the legislation that was adopted on 18
       December, 2009.

       Please find attached:


              1.   IDAS Forms 1 and 28
              2.   Two full sets of plans including constructional details
              3. Proof of the land owner
              4. Concurrence response from Queensland Transport (Regional Harbour
                   Master)
              5.   Required Fee for the application.

       Further to the Sustainable Planning and Other Legislation Amendment Bill
       2012 that was  passed on 13 November, 2012, no Resource Entitlement is
       required for this application however we confirm that a Concurrence
       Response from DEHP would be required.

       We look forward to receiving the Acknowledgement Notice from Council so
       that we may refer the application to DEHP.
