 checked by us. When the works are constructed in accordance with the
                                                                                                 approved drawings and in the
 location shown, the proposed works are structurally adequate for the anticipated
                                                                                  usage in this location
 and should comply with the design and safety provisions of the Prescribed Tidal Work Code
                                                                                                                   (Schedule
 4A of the Coastal Protection and Management Regulation
                                                                                      2003), based on the design criteria, and
 assumptions listed below.

 Basis of Design Advice


                    The works do not impose loads that would significantly affect existing structures.
                    The works do not adversely affect the stability of the bed and banks in the near

                    the structure.
