 This design advice does not cover the construction or installation of the works on site. The Builder shall
 confirm the adequacy of the site conditions during installation and shall advise the Engineer if variation
 from details shown on the drawings occur. No detailed site investigation or studies have been carried
 out by us or provided to us. The design review has been carried out on the basis of limited enquiry only.
 Pile depths shown are applicable to founding in stiff clay or dense sand. There is some additional risk of
 failure should the above design criteria be exceeded, or actual site conditions be inferior to those
 assumed. If ground conditions other than those described above are encountered during construction
 or seabed levels encountered are                          deeper than those shown on the drawings, further advice should be
 sought.

 This design advice relies on designs prepared by other consultants, but does not warrant them.


 The structure is to be built in accordance with the following referenced documentation, using                           good
 building practice.
