I also advise that the applicant has made         application to the Department of Natural
Resources and Mines regarding the validation of the part of the subject designated as
Strategic Cropping Land.    The Department has issued an approval deleting the part of
the subject site previously shown as Strategic Cropping Land from the registrar.


A  copy of the Department’s determination            of the land   as   Decided   Non-Strategic
Cropping Land is attached for your reference.
