is fitted with a high level overtiow pipe that connects into Pit P6- to ensure
that larger storm events are catered for within te internal drainage network,

1. Contractor / builder are to acquaint themselves with
location of all services prior to commencement of work - no
responsibility willbe taken for any damage to services
whether shown or not.

2. All work (including Pits & Crossovers) is to comply with the
Noosa City Council specications & Standard Stormwater,
Drawings. ;

3. All drainage works & installation of same shall comply with
AS 3600.2 Part 3 Stormwater Drainage. Stormwater pipes
shall be located in sufficient proximity to other services as
per AS 3500.3 C16.2.6.

4. Agricultural drains shall be 90/100mm diameter ‘Draincoil
laid in continuous lengths to a minimum grade of 1 in 400
-alternatively- they are to be specified by the Structural
Engineer.

5. _Alllexcess spoil to be disposed of offsite as directed.

6. All concrete to be fc 32 MPa MIN.

7. The contractor shall arrange all inspections and obtain
certificates of approval plas as any additional instructions
from the relevant authorities prior to backfiling/enclosing
new services.

8. Backfiling of trenches is to be in accordance with the
relevant Council Standard Specifications, Manufacturers
specifications and/or in accordance with the Soil report.

9. Forty-eight hours notice shall be given to the relevant
Council before starting works outside property boundary.

10. Connect to legal point of discharge to the satisfaction of the
Noosa City Council's Engineer.

114. Any footpaths, driveways or existing features disturbed,
broken or affected by the works are to be reinstated to the
complete satisfaction of Noosa City Council's
Supervisor/Engineer.

12, Dial 1100 Before You Dig for existing underground services
which may be affected by the proposed services.

13._All excess spoil to be disposed of off site as directed.
