GENERAL NOTES:

‘The Plumbing Contractor/Builder is to consult with the Crvil/ Structural

Engineer regards to all excavations & placement of all below ground tanks

& drains to ensure the integrity of the building and the foundations are not

Compromised due to excavation within the zone of influence to any

structure.

All works are to be constructed in accordance with the standard

‘& Water Supply Laws 1998, National Construction Code (BCA), AS 2149,

‘AS 2441, AS 2444, National Plumbing & Drainage Code, AS 3500 Parts

4-4, al other relevant Australian Standards & local laws.

‘The Builder/Contractor is to check interpretation of Bylaws with Counci.

‘The Builder/Contractor isto verify all surface levels, invert levels & cover

over waste drainage lines are correct & obtainable before construction

commences.

8. The locations of any existing services shown on the drawing/s are
approximate only & have not been verified. The Builder/Contractor shall
verify locations of services before commencement of work. The
Builder/Contractor shall not work near these services without personal
supervision or the written permission of the Relevant Authority.

9. All pipes laid underground in landscaped areas are to be a MIN of 400mm
to the invert level & shall be MIN [email protected]. Water service pipework sizes shown as nominal bore. Any altematives
sed must be equal or exceed those shown.

14. The Builder is to ensure that all services Contractors co-ordinate together
before commencing to determine the correct construction sequence.

12. The Contractor is to provide ‘As Constructed’ documents to the
‘Superintendent on completion of the contract.

413. The Contractor shall allow for the supply of all labour, materials & plant
