● two covered spaces per dwelling greater than 100m² and spaces may be in tandem; and

The development requires a minimum of 12 car parks, comprising 10 resident car parks and 2 visitor
car parking spaces. The development provides 12 car parks. Resident car parking is provided within
the basement, and two visitor car parking spaces are provided at ground level. The proposed
development is highly accessible from the David Low Way.
A pedestrian footpath will be provided along the extent of Elanda Street.
3.4 INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICES
Wheelie bins will be stored within the basement level in a refuse room. Waste collection will be
facilitated from the kerb on the nominated day of collection. Bins will be transported by management.
A proposed lawful point of discharge for stormwater has been detailed by the project Engineer. Refer
to the attached Engineering Plans.
The site can be connected to all essential urban infrastructure.
