In accordance with section 182 of the LG Regulation, Council is required to prepare and adopt the Annual Report on
its work and performance for the 2023/24 financial year one month after the day the Queensland Auditor-General
Local Government Regulation 2012
gives their Audit Report about Council’s financial statements for the financial year to Council (unless the Minister, by
notice to the Council, extends this time).
