BUSHFIRE ASSESSMENT REPORT Client: The Knowles Group Location: Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville The proposal can be conditioned to comply with the requirements of the Noosa Natural Hazard Areas Overlay Code and suitable bushfire mitigation measures implemented. The proposed mitigation measures are superior to the requirements of Noosa Councils bushfire provisions / Natural Hazards Overlay Code. The implementation of the recommended measures would result in a very well bushfire prepared facility and would reduce the level of risk of either the loss of the facility or the loss of life in a credible worst case bushfire scenario (FFDI 40 as per AS3959:2009) to low. 8.0 REFERENCES Australian Geological Survey Organisation.
