2.0 SCOPE OF WORKS
This report is limited to the following scope:

       Describe the development to aid NSC assessment officers in their review of the Knowles
        Group proposal.
       Provide a Bushfire Assessment Report in accordance with NSC Pre-lodgement meeting
        minutes and Planning Scheme Policy.
       Provide recommendations to achieve final compliance with the NSC Natural Hazards
        (Bushfire) Overlay Code.
