straightforward and this small-scale application relates to tenancies in an existing building. We
respectfully request that the Council consider a reduction in the fee from $9,730.00 to a more
proportionate amount of $2,000.00. This will be a refund of $7,730.00, which we believe is
reasonable and reflects the Officer resources required.

Please provide an invoice for the lodgement at your earliest convenience.
