Figure 1a – 3D perspective of the development layout
Building 1 is proposed to the southern end of the lot and proposes a building height of 7.2m and
includes 3 larger tenancies between 500m² and 700m² being tenancies 3 & 4 and 6 smaller
tenancies at 150m² being tenancies 5-10 (T. See Figures 2, 3 and 4 below.

Building 2 breaks up the proposed car parking and is generally centrally located between the
vegetation along Hofmann Drive and Building 1. Building 2 proposes a building height of 4.8m
and includes 2 small tenancies, 98m² and 118m² and are proposed as food and drink outlets.
