Figure 5 – Building 2 – food and Drink Outlets
Building 3 is located along the north and western boundaries. This building comprises 2 larger
tenancies of 1800m² and 2,760m² being tenancies 1 & 2, which bookend 4 smaller 500m²
tenancies. A social meeting place and public facilities separate the largest tenancy located in the
north east corner from 2 additional smaller tenancies of 325m² and 460m² along the western
boundary. See Figures 6, 7 and 8 below for elevations.
