                                                        aims to ensure that buildings and infrastructure are designed

                                                        and constructed to standards that reduce the likelihood of
                                                        damage and injury in an event. Standards and codes should
                                                        be referred to and enforced particularly for the design and
                                                        construction of major infrastructure and components of
                                                        essential services.
