4. Site Details

4.1. Site Description

 Site Characteristic                           Description
 Existing land use                             The site vacant rural parcel of land that is used for farming
                                               purposes.
 Frontage and access                           750m frontage to Upper Pinbarren Creek Road to the south.

 Topography                                    The site slopes downhill away from a knoll that is positioned
                                               centrally along the site’s northern boundary. A waterway runs
                                               though the eastern portion of the site in a north/south direction.
                                               Four large dams are located along this waterway which are
                                               spring fed.

4.2. Surrounding Uses

The site is located in rural environment and is surrounded by large rural allotments to the that are used for
agricultural purposes.
