6   ORDINARY MEETING REPORTS


1   RUFOUS STREET PRECINCT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
    Motion

    Moved:           Cr Wilkie
    Seconded:        Cr Bolton
    That Council note the report by the Director Community Services to the Ordinary Meeting
    dated 18 December 2014 and agree to:
    A.   Establish a Rufous Street Project Control Group to oversee the development of Lot
         94 SP 137431; and
    B.   Allocate a budget of $100,000 for:
         1.     The safe removal of the buildings and asbestos contamination from the
                Peregian Bowls Club site; and
         2.     Concept design and consultation.

    That the following words be added to item A “with the inclusion of an additional Councillor,
    namely Cr Pardon, on the Project Control Group”

    Council Resolution
    That Council note the report by the Director Community Services to the Ordinary Meeting
    dated 18 December 2014 and agree to:
