1    PLANNING & ENVIRONMENT
     COURT APPEAL 1648 OF 2014 – NOOSA ON WEYBA DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
     FOR PRELIMINARY APPROVAL FOR A MIXED USE COMMUNITY TITLE
     DEVELOPMENT
     Council Resolution

     Moved:           Cr Wellington
     Seconded:        Cr Pardon
     That Council note the report by the Coordinator Planning to the Ordinary Meeting dated 18
     December 2014 regarding Planning & Environment Court Appeal 1648 of 2014 (Northbrook
     Corporation Pty Ltd) for the Noosa on Weyba development application and:
     A.   Resolve that, while it is a matter for the Court to decide, it is the view of Council that
          the proposed change to the development application does not constitute a minor
          change pursuant to S350 of the Sustainable Planning Act.
     B.   Find that the proposed change would be likely to attract additional submitters were
          the changed application to be publicly notified.
     C.   Instruct Council’s solicitor for Planning & Environment Court Appeal 1648 of 2014 to
          advise the appellant of Council’s decision.

     9 Pelican Street, Tewantin commencing at 6pm.
