5    SUNRISE NEIGHBOURHOOD             SHOPPING      CENTRE      MANAGEMENT        SERVICES
     AGREEMENT OPTION
     That Council note the report by the Property Officer to the Services & Organisation
     Committee Meeting dated 9 August 2016 and:
     A.   Approve the transfer of the management services agreement for the period 1
          September 2016 to 31 October 2016 to Sunshine Coast Commercial Pty Ltd as
          trustee for The Sunshine Coast Commercial Unit Trust trading as Ray White
          Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North (currently Tennforr Pty Ltd & Indust-Real
          Pty Ltd trading as Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North); and
     B.   Authorise the CEO to extend the current management services agreement for a
          further three (3) year period commencing 1 November 2016 to Sunshine Coast
          Commercial Pty Ltd as trustee for The Sunshine Coast Commercial Unit Trust trading
          as Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North.



6    COUNCILLORS' EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT POLICY UPDATE
     That Council note the report by the Governance Advisor to the Services & Organisation
     Committee Meeting dated 9 August 2016 and adopt the updated Councillors’ Expenses
     and Reimbursement Policy provided at Attachment 1.


7    APPOINTMENT OF 2017 SHOW HOLIDAY
     That Council note the report by the Personal Assistant to the CEO to the Services &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 9 August 2016 and request the Chief Executive
     Officer to write to the Office of Industrial Relations, Queensland Treasury requesting the
     appointment of Friday, 15 September 2017 as a Show Holiday for the Noosa Shire.


8    REVIEW OF PROPOSAL FOR NOOSA CONVENTION & CULTURAL CENTRE
     Item not dealt with by the Services & Organisation Committee.            Referred to the
     General Committee for consideration.
     Reason for referral: Significance of issue


9    WASTE MANAGEMENT - 6 MONTHLY REPORT TO 20 JULY 2016
     That Council note the report by the Acting Manager Waste and Environmental Health to the
     Services and Organisation Committee Meeting dated 9 August 2016 providing an update
     on the activities of the Waste Management Section to 20 July 2016.


10   COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT UPDATE - 4TH QUARTER 2015-2016
     That Council note the report by the Director Community Services to the Services &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 9 August 2016 providing an update on operations
     of the Community Services Department for the period 1 April to 30 June 2016.
