1. INTRODUCTION Neil McKenzie & Associates Pty Ltd have been commissioned by Deluca Development & Construction Pty Ltd to prepare an Engineering Compliance Assessment Report for a proposed multiple dwelling development to be located at 32 Viewland Drive Noosa Heads, land described as Lot 1 on RP 226728. This document will address PDA Guidelines No. 13 Engineering Standards and relevant Australian Standards. This report is client and site specific for the intended project only and is solely for the use of providing engineering advice on the above issues for consideration by Noosa Council. It has been compiled based on current available information including site visits undertaken by Neil McKenzie & Associates Pty Ltd, Survey Drawings provided by Project Urban and Architectural Drawings provided by Ellivo.
