2. SITE CHARACTERISTICS


2.1 LOCATION


  The site is on located on Viewland Road at Noosa Heads and is described as Lot 1
  on RP 226728. The site covers a total area of 3105m2 and comprises predominantly
  vegetated vacant land. The site is surrounded by the Unity Water reservoir to the
  east and residential properties to the south west and north; a mix of low to
  medium density residential development.

2.2 TOPOGRAPHY



The site falls to the south west with the highest point of the site being midway along the
eastern boundary at an RL of 78m approximately. The lowest elevation in the south west
corner is RL 72m. Average slope gradient is 7.5%. The site is vegetated with non-remnant
trees and grasses.
