After some deliberation Luke and Trevor have decided to lodge representations against several conditions.

Condition 7 was a little of a shock to them and the condition as currently worded does not provide certainty in an number of ways.  One option was to simply accept the permit and that the permit lapses unless Council receives an application to extend it.  It is assume that it is a request under SPA and that Council wanted more than just a request lodged.  Council may have also wanted such a request approved.

In any regard Luke and Trevor have some ideas where the conditions can be altered to better suit them and perhaps Council.  These will be explained in the representations.
