Reference is made to Council’s Decision Notice dated 17th June, 2016 in relation to the above development
application.

In accordance with the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 we wish to suspend the applicant’s appeal period in
order to make representations in response to Council’s conditions.

We look forward to Council’s written confirmation that the appeal period has been suspended.
