Dear Jodie,

Attached is the response to the request for further advice for the abovementioned development, which includes:


  *   Letter from Adamson Town Planning, including:
     *   Updated advice from Rob Friend and Associates - Attachment 1
     *   A number of site plans showing possible essential management clearing and bushfire management clearing for the existing and proposed development - Attachment 2
     *   A plan showing the difference in the possible essential management clearing areas for the proposed development - Attachment 3; and
     *   A copy of the shapefile for the affected area containing regulated vegetation.

An extension to the current period has been provided by agreement to 26 September 2025. It is assumed that the referral agency response will not issue until the relevant purpose determination (Section 22A) from the Department has been provided. Consequently, the applicant agrees to further extend the current period by a further two weeks should that be necessary.
