     OPERATION

           OPERATIONAL PLANNING AND CONTROL
The Contractor will establish, implement, control and maintain the processes needed to meet environmental
management system requirements and to implement the actions identified in Section 5.
Environmental requirements are to be clearly communicated to subcontractors and external providers as
appropriate.




           EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE
                 Oil Spill
An oil spill management plan is to be prepared by the Contractor and implemented throughout the works.


                 Incident Reporting

Any marine incidents are to be reported by the Contractor as required by the relevant legislation.
