The mid storey and understorey are dominated by low flammability rainforest floras including
Glochidion sumatranum (dominant), Waterhousia floribunda, Macaranga tanarius and Cupaniopsis
anacardioides along with scatterings of Livistona australis (Cabbage Palm). The edge of the
understory is laden with exotic plantings and weed species with Singapore daisy prevalent
throughout.
The following vegetation hazard classes (classified in accordance with Leonard & Opie (2017)) were
identified within the assessment area which includes a 100m buffer about the site:
    •    Vegetation Hazard Class 8.1 – Wet eucalypt tall open forest;
    •    Vegetation Hazard Class 41.4 – Continuous low grass or tree cover in built up areas; and
    •    Vegetation Hazard Class 42.6 – Nil to very low vegetation cover.
