The applicant has also agreed to improve pedestrian connectivity between the existing
commercial building and Hofmann Drive by constructing a small link section between the existing
building pathway and the Hofmann Drive pathway. This includes works external to the site
therefore variation to the existing Infrastructure Agreement is required.
Vegetation Removal
The proposed extent of vegetation removal has been amended and reduced to now only include
the areas required to be filled to facilitate road construction and services.
The revised clearing plan demonstrates that vegetation is proposed to be cleared from lots 4 -6,
8 – 16 with some vegetation removed to the front of lots 17 -19 and within lots 2 and 23. The
applicant had proposed to maintain a 6 metre wide strip of vegetation to the frontage of all lots
however due to stormwater management is now proposing to retain a vegetated strip to the
frontage of lots 6, 9 and 10 and 6 metres wide of replanting to the frontages of lots 4, 5, 6, 15 and
16. A copy of this plan is detailed in the figure below:
