The partnership Councils have made a commitment to the minimal delivery of items such as
monthly newsletters and in maintaining updates to events and news items to ensure currency
and activity for website visitors and members. Each Council is responsible for basic
administration such as mail outs and email responses to residents from their region. Moreton Bay
Council delivers the program with reduced resources (both human and financial).

In addition, other external and internal support has been engaged as required for example: to aid
in the delivery of the awards program; targeted campaigns; general marketing; graphic design;
the development of curriculum linked resources; of the delivery of specialist workshops; and in
the ongoing servicing of the website.
