3.4        Suitability of Parking Provision
The proposal includes the provision of 126 car parking spaces (88 formal / 38 informal), which readily
meets the anticipated needs of the development.
Coach parking will be accommodated on the roadway directly in front of each Village. The buses will drive
forward and park on the roadway, in a nose‐to‐tail arrangement, first in / first out. This is fit for purpose,
noting that each of the loop roads operates independently and, as such, other users will not be affected
whilst the buses are parked for loading or unloading.
