CHANGES TO EXISITNG APPROVAL- Condition 114 Infrastructure Charges 2014_Final

          Reason for change:
          A review the Roadworks Contribution as the amount of the contribution is not
          seen to be fair or reasonable and far excessive of previous contributions
          issued for other approvals, particularly in comparison to charges applicable
          under the current legislation. It appears that the assessment has been
          undertaken differently compared to the other PSP network contributions. It is
          requested that the contributions are reviewed and application of the road
          contribution be applied on the same basis as per Advisory Note 1 for other
          Council owned networks i.e. to be based on 40% site cover = 18,844m2 Use
          Area.


In accordance with the IDAS provisions of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, we
hereby make an application to Noosa Council for a change to an existing
Development Approval.

Accompanying this application, we have enclosed the following supporting
information –

         Application Form
         Copies of latest Development Permit Decision Notices
         Copy of approved plan
         A credit card debit authority form for Council, State Assessment & Referral
          Agency & Unity Water as payment of the prescribed fees
