Hi Denis,

 

Further to our recent discussions and correspondence regarding proposed
changes to and existing approval, we now formally seek to Request to
Change Existing Approval 2005/220 - Condition No.114 Contributions
Towards Council Infrastructure to allow for the provision of staged
payments of the contributions.

 

We also request a review of the Roadwork Contributions proportioned to
this development in Condition 114. The amount of the contribution is not
seen to be fair or reasonable and far excessive of previous
contributions issued for other approvals, & particularly in comparison
to charges applicable under the current legislation.  Also the
assessment appears to have been undertaken differently compared to the
other PSP network contributions & therefore you should request the
review & application of the road contribution to be applied on the same
basis as per Advisory Note 1 of the existing approval.
