3.        Background
3.1       Previous Approvals

As identified in Table 3, the following approvals over the site are relevant to this development application.

Copies of the relevant approvals are held in Appendix D. Works are currently underway in relation to this
reconfiguration approval, and it is anticipated that registration of title for the lots the subject of this application is
imminent.

3.2       Pre-lodgement Meetings

A pre-lodgement meeting with Council was held on 17 July 2014. The key outcomes of this meeting were:

 The general layout of the proposed development was not opposed, subject to access complying with
  relevant requirements and minor changes to proposed setbacks to facilitate additional landscaping;
 The proposed use would comprise Industry Type 2 – Production, Alteration & Repackaging.
