We act for Mogpropmanagement Pty Ltd, in lodging this Development
Application which seeks approval for the following aspects of
development:-

·         Development Permit for Material Change of Use to establish
Industrial Business Type 2 (Production, alteration, repackaging &
repairing) [Code Assessable].  

This application relates to land at 178 Eumundi Noosa Road, Noosaville
more formally described as part of Lot 101 on SP241371.

In accordance with Section 260 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, we
provide the following information in support of this application:-

·         IDAS Application Forms 1 & 5;

·         Letter of land owners consent; 

·         Supporting reports, proposal details and information;

·         Our client’s cheque to the value of $4,700.00 for application
fees. Please be aware that our client’s cheque in this amount, has been
mailed to Council, under separate cover letter.
