6 > Stormwater

A site-based stormwater management plan has been completed for the site and will be lodged under
separate cover.



7 > Water Supply

Inspection of the water network from Noosa Shire Council mapping, Survey and UW GIS shows the
following services:
•    An existing 100mm dia AC water main is located on the eastern verge of Bottlebrush Avenue to site
     frontage.
•    An existing 20mm dia property connection line located off the existing water main.

It is proposed to provide new property connections to the existing water main in Bottlebrush Avenue to
service a lot. The existing property connection and meter service will be abandoned in accordance with
Unitywater requirement.

The size of the water meters and the connection arrangement will be confirmed in consultation with the
hydraulic consultants and Unitywater during the detailed design phase.

The existing and proposed water infrastructure in the vicinity of the site is shown on MPN Plan 10256–
DA.04 attached in Appendix C.
