8 > Sewer
Inspection of the sewer network from Noosa Shire Council mapping, Survey and UW GIS show the
following services:
• An existing 150mm AC reticulation sewer main located within the south-western side of site near
property boundary.
• An existing sewer property connection located off the existing main.
It is proposed to provide a new sewer property connection to the existing main located within site to
service a lot. The existing property connection will be removed in accordance with Unitywater
requirements.
An easement will be provided over the main per Unity Water requirements.
The existing and proposed sewer infrastructure in the vicinity of the site is shown on MPN Plan 10256–
DA.04 attached in Appendix C.
9 > Roadworks
The proposed development will be accessed via a new crossover, off Bottlebrush Avenue. The driveway
will be located to adequate separation to the existing gully pits, existing street lights and gully pits. The
existing crossover in the site will be removed and the verge reinstated as per Noosa council and
Australian Standard requirement.
No further external roadworks will be completed as part of the subdivisional works.
All the driveway works will be designed and constructed in accordance with relevant Noosa Council and
Australian Standards.
The proposed driveway layout is shown on MPN Plan 10256–DA.03, attached in Appendix C.
