2.10 EXISTING LAND USE
The development area is currently vegetated and undeveloped.
The northern boundary of the site adjoins the existing Noosa Civic Shopping Centre.
The southern boundary fronts Hofmann Drive, which is currently being extended to the south-west of the site
to provide a connection through to Walter Hay Drive.
Photos of the existing condition of the site are included in Figure 7.
